Life Line:
Your EMS
Experts

"Thank you very much for you help!"

"So glad to have the opportunity to "THANK" the crew that came to help me.  They were so kind and patient.  They performed so efficiently and yet so gentle with me.  Thank you each and everyone.  May God Bless you!"

You are the best!  Very caring and friendly and made me very comfortable."

"I was not very oriented when you came to rescue me.  I was very scared and you made me feel safe, the crew was so wonderful!  Thank you so much for everything.  Keep up the wonderful work!"

"Medics were very courteous and professional.  We were very grateful for their care."

"Thank you for your quick response on Easter Sunday.  Both my son and I were so scared, but you kept him calm during our drive to Phoenix.  Also thank you for listening to me rattle and keep my mind off of what was happening.  My son is doing better and thinks he runs the hospital!"

"They all were wonderful, caring people."

"When you arrived on scene, you were immediately reassuring, calm, yet focused.  Thank you for letting me ride with my scared son, which no doubt helped both of us remain as calm as possible.  I greatly appreciate the care you provided for him.  He is now sleeping with the Teddy Bear the ambulance team gave him."

" We had a wonderful experience.  Our daughter was well cared for and we were so pleased with the whole interaction.  From quick response time to the arrival at the hospital we felt that our concerns were being appropriately addressed. Our sincerest thanks!"

Stand-by Services

Special Event Ambulance/First Aid Standbys

When Life Line EMS provides ambulance stand-by services, that means the emergency vehicle and crew do not leave the scene for the duration of the event, because of potential hazards or a high risk of injury. Since we are a private company, we can only dedicate these resources to for-profit companies who are able to pay our fees. Film companies and camps typically purchase this service. If your company has a need for a stand-by ambulance, first aid services and emergency crew, please contact us at 1-800-418-5523 or 928-445-3814, or e-mail us at info@lifelineaz.com.

As a partner in the communities we serve, Life Line Ambulance donates ambulance service for nonprofit events. Life Line posts an ambulance and crew at these events as last-out standby, which means that if there are calls in the area, the ambulance and crew can be pulled away.  While we make every effort to call these crews in last, we cannot guarantee full-event coverage when we are donating our services. Another stipulation for a nonpaid standby is that the posting cannot adversely affect the response times in the area. Some of the organizations we have worked with include Whiskey Row Marathon, Prescott; Wickenburg Gold Rush Days, Wickenburg; and Thomas the Tank Engine's Day Out, Williams.

If your nonreligious, nonprofit, nonpolitical organization has a need for these services, please submit a proposal at least two to four weeks in advance of your event to Life Line. This proposal should describe the event, including dates, times and how many people are expected.

Life Line Ambulance is also committed to supporting other emergency service professionals. That’s why, whenever possible, we provide emergency crews and ambulance transportation to fire and police departments when they’re in crises, such as large fires when local firefighters are at risk or hostage situations involving law enforcement. Our partnering with our community agencies is another example of exceptional customer service.

EMS Bike Team

When someone needs emergency services in a crowded, public event, it is sometimes very difficult, and, thus, time-consuming, to get a typical ambulance in to help. Life Line EMS has developed a creative solution to these difficult circumstances: our EMS Bike Team. The company has specially designed and equipped two mountain bikes to provide emergency medical services during large, public events, such as parades, marathons and street festivals.

The benefits of utilizing the Bike Team include:

  • The response times are very short, often before the call gets to dispatch.

  • Even though a full-sized ambulance is ready and waiting, our bike team members can maneuver in tighter spaces than an ambulance can, so they can provide services more quickly.

  • The team members get to interact with the public in non-emergency, non-threatening situations: We get to know you; you get to know us.

  • Bike team members can serve as extra eyes and ears for public safety departments.

If you would like to schedule Life Line’s bike team for your large, public, nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonreligious event, please contact Life Line at 928-445-3814 or 1-800-418-5523. We provide services at no cost to you. Read more.
